In the article, "Dead space obliteration for reducing seroma formation after mastectomy and axillary dissection", which appeared in the pages 69-73, Vol 28, Issue 1 of Menoufia Medical Journal [1] , the name of the author "Soliman A. Eshakhs" is missing. The correct sequence of the authors in the article should be "Soliman A. ElShakhs, Alaa A. ElSisi, Abd EL-Monem F. Mohamed, Naglaa F. Amer".

The new reference thus will read as "Eshakhs SA, El-Sisi AA, Mohamed AMF, Amer NF. Dead space obliteration for reducing seroma formation after mastectomy and axillary dissection. Menoufia Med J 2015; 28:69-73".

These have now been corrected and reposted online.
